Salesforce Solution Consultant - Insurance Sector

Responsibilities:  

  • Bridge the gap between business problem and technical solution and design, build and deliver solutions using Salesforce in the context of our client’s industry 

  • Assist with the configuration and customisation of the different Salesforce offerings including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds and other Salesforce  products. 

  • Liaise with clients to gather requirements and ensure the solution is aligned to their business objectives and corporate strategy. Apply you Salesforce domain and industry knowledge to advise our clients and ideal solution options. 

  • Help clients to implement best-in-class Salesforce solutions in the context of amazing customer and colleague journeys, considering technology, process and people topics. 

  • Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from design, test and build to implement robust solutions using Salesforce and provide leadership and mentorship where needed. 

  • Work on the development of client bids and presentations of proposals to secure new business. 

Competencies and Experience  

  • Hands on experience using and implementing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds and other Salesforce products). 

  • A solid understanding of the end-to-end capabilities and limitations of the platform and its applications in various industry sectors. Hold relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, etc.).  

  • Good understanding of relevant business analysis and Salesforce delivery management methodologies (e.g. process and journey mapping, user story definition, Sprint management, test and defect management, etc). 

  • Specialist level knowledge in at least on Salesforce domain (sales, service, marketing, CPQ, etc.)  

  • Good understanding of Insurance related processes, the wider financial services industry context and considerable project experience in this segment 

  • Fluent English and strong written communication. 

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills complemented by good stakeholder management. 

  • Knowledge of Agile & Lean methodologies and experience of working in an Agile project environment. 

  • Minimum 2.1 Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering related degree or relevant experience.
